happy days start with your morning ‘bru

- before ya hop in, here’s a few quick tips on making roo.bru™ -

  1. Always let it ‘bru. Give it a few minutes in water that has been heated to over 200 F (CRUCIAL FOR A SMOOTH CUP!).

  2. Stir as you go. Organic ingredients tend to settle, so give your cup a quick spin-a-roo.

  3. Get creamy! Mix in some milk or healthy fats such as MCT’s/coconut oil.

  4. Yes, you can put it in your Keurig. Use that reusable k-cup baby!

  5. There are many ways to ‘bru. Think smoothies, oats, baked goods… Go wild, we support it.

  • the basics

    1/2 - 1 tbsp of roo.bru™

    1 cup of hot water

    1/4 cup optional milk, creamer, sweetener

    Drop a tablespoon of ‘bru into your mug and add hot (real hot) water. Stir or froth until mixed, letting it ‘bru a minute or two is key. Add milk, creamer, or sweetener as you please and enjoy :)

  • the cold 'bru

    (makes 4 cups)

    2 - 3 tbsp of roo.bru™

    1 cup of hot water, 3 cups of cold water

    Add 1 cup of hot water to three tablespoons of ‘bru. Stir and let the mixture brew for a few minutes (optional to add honey here). Add 3 cups cold water and put in fridge overnight. Wake up, shake up, and pour up a cup over ice. Add any milk / creamer / sweetener and conquer your day.

  • the latte

    1/2 - 1 tbsp roo.bru™

    2/3 cup hot water

    1/3 cup of your favorite milk

    Pour hot water over tablespoon of ‘bru and stir. While it brews, warm some of your fav milk (we prefer oat) and then froth it until it’s light and airy. Pour on top of your warm ‘bru. Option to sprinkle some cinnamon on top for extra fun!

  • the bowl

    1/2 cup of rolled oats

    1 banana

    1 tbsp of roo.bru™

    1 scoop of almond or peanut butter

    Cook oats on stovetop or microwave. Put in a bowl and add a tbsp of ‘bru. Slice banana and toss into the bowl. Throw in some almond/peanut butter and any other yummy toppings. Mix and enjoy an energizing breakfast!

  • the smoothie

    1 tbsp of roo.bru™

    1 frozen banana

    1 cup of spinach

    1 scoop of nut butter

    1 cup milk

    Toss all ingredients into blender and get after it! Go crazy with different ingredients until you find your favorite blend - we like to add berries and MCT’s to the above for an extra energizing morning smoothie.

  • the cha cha chia pudding

    1 tbsp roo.bru™

    1 cup of milk

    4 tbsp chia seeds

    1 tsp honey

    Mix the milk, ‘bru, chia seeds, and honey in a bowl or mason jar. Stir for a minute to equally disperse the ingredients. Cover and place in the fridge overnight. In the morning, top with your favorite fruits and enjoy! Nut butter is always a great addition here.
